Meet Chef Sacha.

As a young man, Sacha learned to create the complex dishes that had been passed down from generations of famiglia Ratti. The time spent with extended family and friends savoring the lovingly-prepared meals formed lasting bonds and deep relationships. The aroma and taste of each dish invariably prompted story-telling about Ratti family ancestors that lasted long into the evening. According to Sacha, meals culminated with everyone feeling a sense of belonging and peace.

Listening to him tell of the hours he spent in the kitchen selecting ingredients and preparing food with his nonna and mamma made both Sacha and wife, Pamela, long to recreate those food-rich and story-filled years for their  twin girls -- and for anyone seeking comfort and a sense of community. This is why Chef Sacha does what he does!

Meet Chef Fernando.

An entrepreneur at heart, Fernando has had the opportunity to start several businesses over the last 15 years. While his culinary roots are in Mexican cuisine, he branched out in 2018 to pastries and breads and opened a successful bakery! With rising materials costs post COVID, he was forced to close the doors. But a door opened at Galleria, and we are so fortunate to have him on our kitchen team in charge of pizzas and desserts and helping Chef Ratti with breads.
