Christine Towner

Christine lives in Holland  with her husband of 35 years. She is blessed with four children and nine grandchildren. Christine had a full career as a professor at Ferris State University and then a business consultant. She loves to travel in her free time. As a child, Christine would help her mother paint and fire porcelain art. She soon found an interest in watercolor. It wasn’t until her first class at OxBox, in Saugatuck, that she found her love for the encaustic wax technique. She then attended the School of Chicago Art Institute 18 years ago.
